Job summary

Vanden Global Ltd. is seeking an IT Business Analyst & Low-Code Developer in Hong Kong. The role blends business analysis with hands-on solution delivery, turning complex problems into practical software and process improvements across teams.

You'll design and build lightweight apps and automated workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate and other low-code tools, while shaping data, reports and user adoption across the business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in business analysis, systems analysis, business improvement, IT operations or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Understand operating teams and identify where technology can help.
• Map workflows and identify bottlenecks and manual steps.
• Translate business problems into clear requirements and practical solutions.
• Build apps, forms and workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate and other low-code platforms.
• Create dashboards and reporting with Power BI and Excel.
• Support system implementations, including configuration, testing, and rollout.
• Migrate or clean data when introducing new tools.
• Collaborate with external software vendors as needed.
• Train colleagues and ensure adoption and ongoing use.
• Improve and support tools after go-live.
