Job summary

KOSE (Hong Kong) Co., Limited is seeking a logistics professional to manage import/export documentation, coordinate with 3PL providers, and oversee daily order-to-shipment operations. The role emphasizes accurate forecasting, inventory control, and data-driven process improvements.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field, 2 years of FMCG/shipping experience, ERP knowledge, and fluency in Cantonese with conversational English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.
• 2 years of logistics or shipping experience in FMCG or retail industry will be an advantage.
• Knowledge in managing ERP system.
• Detail oriented, organized and able to work independently.
• Fluent in Cantonese and conversational in English.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of import & export documents for customs clearance.
• Work closely with 3PL logistics service providers and related parties to ensure smooth supply.
• Work closely with internal party and perform daily operation from order processing to shipment delivery.
• Analyze products performance to prepare supply and demand forecast, communicate with Sales & Marketing team to maintain an accurate forecast.
• Control warehouse inventory and arrange shipments to maintain healthy inventory level.
• Make use of data and business insight to improve operational efficiency.
• Other ad hoc assignments.
