Job summary

TCC Global N.V. is seeking a Temporary Logistics Coordinator to join our international team in Hong Kong.

You will help ensure shipments are documented, tracked, and updated across client systems and TCC’s Athena platform, supporting accurate and timely logistics information. The role requires an organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks, maintain data accuracy, and communicate effectively with logistics partners, clients, and internal teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain logistics details in client and internal systems.
• Generate invoices and packing lists ahead of vessel departure.
• Upload required shipping documents to the client system.
• Track vessel movements and update shipment statuses.
• Update Athena system with latest shipment status and logistics information.
• Coordinate with systems, logistics partners, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely communication.

We are looking for a Temporary Logistics Coordinator to join our team and support the smooth and accurate flow of logistics information across both our clients’ systems and TCC’s internal system.

What you’ll be doing

As our Logistics Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring shipments are correctly documented, tracked, and updated throughout the logistics process.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Keeping shipment information up to date: Enter and maintain logistics details in client systems, including shipment weight, dimensions, container numbers, and other relevant information, ensuring everything is completed accurately before shipment cut-off times.

• Preparing shipping documentation: Generate invoices and packing lists through the client system ahead of vessel departure.

• Managing documentation: Upload all required shipping and logistics documents to the client system.

• Tracking shipments: Monitor vessel movements and shipment information through carrier websites and keep shipment statuses up to date.

• Maintaining internal systems: Update TCC’s Athena system in line with the latest shipment status and logistics information.

• Supporting smooth operations: Help ensure accurate and timely communication between systems, logistics partners, clients, and internal teams.

We’re looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and reliable, with a proactive approach to getting things done.

Must-Haves
