Uber in Hong Kong seeks an experienced leader to own the end-to-end strategy and execution for a key market, managing large budgets to drive aggressive growth and profitability. You will conceive and lead core growth initiatives across the entire funnel, from awareness to engagement and loyalty, while navigating local regulations and forming strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7–8+ years in operations, consulting, tech, or fast-paced projects.
• Proven leadership of diverse teams and growth outcomes.
• Strong analytical/financial acumen with forecasting ability.
• Experience managing multi-workstream projects with deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance or related field.
• Fluency in English; local languages helpful for the market.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and execution for a market or segment with large budgets.
• Design and lead growth initiatives across the funnel—from awareness to loyalty.
• Navigate local regulations and implement global/ regional programs locally.
• Build partnerships with fleet owners and merchants to create win-wins.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal to remove blockers.
• Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
