Job summary

Nanyang Commercial Bank Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking a detail-minded Banking Credit Support professional to support credit processing and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with internal teams to review loan applications, drawdowns and monitoring procedures while delivering high-quality customer service. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 1 year of banking experience, and strong Mandarin, Cantonese, and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of banking experience.
• Detail-minded with knowledge of HKMA guidelines.
• Able to work under pressure and independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• HKSI 1,7,8 or equivalent and IIQE (Paper 1, 2, 3 & 5) preferred.
• Proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure efficient credit processing.
• Enforce compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements across all center activities.
• Provide services with emphasis on high quality customer services.
• Review and manage loan application, drawdown and monitoring procedures.
• Oversee operation checks for loan application, drawdown documents and daily reports.
