Job summary

VEGA Services Limited is seeking a Multimedia Support Specialist in Hong Kong to manage end-to-end event production, from planning to on-site execution, including virtual and in-room setups. This role requires coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless experience.

You will support day-to-day conferencing infrastructure, troubleshoot live issues, and manage multimedia requirements across business units. Fluent English is expected, with Mandarin preferred for HK operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in event support in a financial organization or fast-paced technology environment.
• Experience with virtual events/conferencing such as Zoom/other platforms.
• InfoComm CTS Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, support, lead virtual and physical events production and logistics.
• Manage day-to-day conferencing infrastructure and ensure successful conferences.
• Provide on-site support for event spaces and multi-purpose facilities.
• Schedule user requests into the Multimedia system and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Serve as main point of contact for users on event day and handle ad hoc changes.
