Qualifications

• 3-5 years of legal secretarial experience gained from a law firm.
• Solid understanding of Hong Kong court procedures and litigation support.
• Detail-minded, organised and able to handle multiple deadlines.
• Good command of English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal secretarial support to attorneys
• Prepare, format and amend legal documents and correspondence
• Assist with court filings and litigation-related procedures
• Manage diaries, meetings, travel arrangements and client appointments
• Prepare presentation materials and legal bundles
• Handle time entries, billing and general administrative tasks
• Work closely with another secretary to support the wider team
