You will manage high-stakes commercial litigation and cross-border arbitration, with exposure to major institutional rules, while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to business development.

• Manage a diverse caseload of high-stakes commercial litigation before HK courts
• Handle cross-border arbitrations under HKIAC, SIAC, and ICC
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, and legal submissions
• Advise on dispute avoidance, asset recovery, insolvency, and enforcement
• Supervise and mentor juniors; support client relations and BD
