Job summary

Withers in Hong Kong is seeking an Associate to join the Litigation & Arbitration team. The role focuses on advising clients in commercial litigation, international arbitration and regulatory investigations, with collaboration across offices and practice groups.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years PQE in litigation/arbitration/regulatory investigation, possess strong analytical skills, and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years PQE with experience in litigation/arbitration/regulatory investigation.
• Strategic thinking with commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist private and public companies, entrepreneurs and families in commercial litigation, international arbitration and regulatory investigation.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Hong Kong office and other practice groups.
• May undertake additional tasks as required.
