skills & experience required.

• Hong Kong qualified solicitor with 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial dispute resolution.

• Proven track record managing complex commercial litigation and cross-border arbitration within a top-tier international or leading regional private practice.

• Outstanding academic credentials combined with strong analytical, advocacy, and legal project management capabilities.

• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential to advise regional clients and review Chinese-language evidence and documentation.

• Strong interest in utilizing legal technology and AI tools to drive efficiency and client service excellence.

• Proactive mindset with exceptional client-handling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
