Qualifications

• 4-6 PQE in dispute resolution (construction) with HK experience.
• Proven track record in contentious construction and arbitration.
• Strong drafting, advocacy and matter-management skills.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage and run complex contentious construction disputes, including litigation and arbitration.
• Draft court pleadings, arbitration submissions, witness statements and instructions.
• Advise on dispute avoidance, delay claims, defects and variation claims.
• Assist in hearings, settlement conferences and negotiations before major arbitral tribunals.
• Supervise junior associates and contribute to client business development.
