Job summary

Kaiyan Medical is recruiting a results-driven B2B marketer to own and grow our LinkedIn presence, turning it into our top lead engine. You will reach brand founders, product teams, and distributors worldwide from our Shenzhen on-site location, targeting 600 qualified leads per month.

Build and optimize campaigns, create compelling content, and host webinars to drive engagement and conversions. As a global leader in light therapy and a major OEM/ODM device manufacturer, you will report on

Qualifications

• Proven, results-driven B2B marketer with real numbers to show.
• Strong English copywriting and content creation skills.
• Experience with medical devices, beauty tech, wellness, or consumer hardware is a plus.

• Build and run our LinkedIn marketing strategy (organic + paid).
• Manage LinkedIn Ads and Sales Navigator campaigns.
• Run prospect hunting and outreach for OEM/ODM and private-label partners.

The role

Own and grow our LinkedIn presence and turn it into our #1 B2B lead engine. As a manufacturer, LinkedIn is how we reach brand founders, product teams, and distributors worldwide. Your target: 600 qualified leads per month.

• Build and run our LinkedIn marketing strategy (organic + paid)
• Manage LinkedIn Ads and Sales Navigator campaigns
• Run prospect hunting and outreach for OEM/ODM and private-label partners

What we're looking for

• Proven, results-driven B2B marketer with real numbers to show
• Hands-on LinkedIn skills: organic, paid advertising, Sales Navigator, strategy building, webinars, blog writing, and prospect hunting
• Strong English copywriting
• Experience in medical devices, beauty tech, wellness, or consumer hardware
• Able to work on-site in Shenzhen
