Job summary

Mindteck Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a season project manager to handle the full life cycle of a project within Singapore. The role requires coordinating with internal teams and external parties, conducting reviews, and managing meetings with all stakeholders including sub-contractors.

You will oversee ICIT activities, logistics, and testing, ensure proper disposal of materials, and maintain project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management services
• Coordinate with internal and execution parties for smooth project execution
• Participate in reviews, surveys, integration and acceptance testing as the Organization's representative
• Arrange and manage meetings between all parties (including sub-contractors)
• Monitor and resolve project and integration issues
• Establish necessary Non-Disclosure Agreements with third-parties
• Maintain independence by not becoming a sub-contractor to any other parties
• Pursue rectification of inadequacies when they appear
• Review and process personnel security clearances for sub-contractors and related vendors
• Consolidate and verify project documentation (Certificate of completion, traceability matrix, reviews, interface docs, safety reports, etc.)
• Submit verified documents to relevant parties for endorsement
• Review and test eLearning and training content (if any)
• Oversee and coordinate Installation, Check-out, Integration and Testing (ICIT) works
• Oversee logistics arrangements and equipment setup at Organization premises
• Oversee proper disposal of materials, including hazardous waste management
• Oversee and support system integration testing and reviews
• Coordinate the logistics of the training courses provided by the organization
• Review and manage training content and processes (scope, quality, topics)
• Assist to draft and update system management reports (ILS, LSMP, etc.)
• Assess and recommend supply support items
• Ensure proper delivery of documentation and training materials
• Ensure maintenance plan to support system over its life span
• Review Maintenance Plan and related analyses
• Provide technical advice and recommendations
• Manage contracts and monitor system health
• Conduct security monitoring and tracking
• Provide sites support
• Manage obsolescence
• Manage Technical Refresh and hardware/software replacements
• Oversee system decommissioning
• Support procurement activities
• Support power servicing operations
• Handle special events and exercises
