Job summary

You will collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors and partners to deliver LMS, LXP and AI-enabled learning solutions, including intelligent search, personalised recommendations, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience in managing complex projects from initiation to closure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of learning development projects.
• Manage client and stakeholder communications and expectations.
• Define scope with clients and manage changes effectively.
• Plan AI-enabled learning capabilities and integrate them into solutions.
• Oversee budgeting, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Ensure quality assurance and risk management throughout the project.
