Responsibilities

• Act as a Product Owner or Delivery Lead for implementing product initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure delivery capacity, prioritization, and execution aligned with growth objectives.
• Drive governance and disciplined planning to improve speed and quality.
• Own enterprise product delivery strategy and operating model; champion agile delivery practices.
• Develop user requirements and coordinate with IT to deliver system changes.
• Provide insights into product delivery, tech trends, and market dynamics.
• Communicate outcomes based on the product roadmap.
• Work with legal and compliance to obtain approvals and ensure regulatory compliance.
