Job summary

WallStone Partners & Company Limited is seeking an Inbound Hotline Customer Service Officer for insurance products. The role is a 1-year contract located in Quarry Bay, working hours Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 with alternate Saturdays. Medical benefits are provided.

You will handle enquiries via hotline, email and live chat, supporting customers, advisors and partners with policy servicing and enquiries. Strong communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required, with IIQE Papers 1 & 3 and 1+

Qualifications

• Holder of IIQE Papers 1 and 3.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in financial institutions, preferably in insurance or banking.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via hotline, email and live chat regarding life insurance and group medical products.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide timely and professional customer support.
• Assist customers, advisors and business partners with product and service-related enquiries.
• Perform policy servicing and account maintenance tasks accurately.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a professional manner.
• Provide quality service to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
• Provide administrative support to the team and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
