QRC Asset Management Limited, licensed for Type 4 and Type 9, is seeking a Licensed Representative to join our investment team in Hong Kong on a full-time basis. You will support day-to-day LPF management, discretionary mandates, investment execution, portfolio monitoring, client servicing and compliance documentation.

This hands-on role requires SFC Type 9 licensure, at least 1 year in asset management or related financial services, and a degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an SFC Licensed Representative (Type 9)
• At least 1 year of asset management, fund management or securities experience
• Finance/Economics/Accounting degree
• Working knowledge of SFC rules, FMC and AML/KYC requirements
• Detail-oriented and well-organised with strong analytical skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese; Mandarin preferred
• Immediate availability to commence

Responsabilités

• Carry out Type 9 regulated activities under supervision
• Support investment process for LPF and discretionary mandates (research, trade prep, execution)
• Monitor portfolios and ensure compliance with mandates and restrictions
• Prepare portfolio reports, investment summaries and client communications
• Assist with client onboarding and KYC/CDD documentation
• Coordinate with custodians, brokers, fund administrators and auditors
• Maintain records per SFC requirements and internal policies
• Assist Responsible Officers with regulatory filings and compliance reviews
