Yues Asset & Wealth Management Limited, a licensed HK SFC entity, seeks a dedicated Type 4 & Type 9 Responsible Officer to oversee daily operations, regulatory compliance, and advisory services for professional investors. The RO will liaise with the SFC, manage licence matters, and contribute to business expansion while ensuring non-custodial investment activities.

The candidate should be registered or eligible for HK SFC approval as Type 4 & 9 RO, with solid asset management and investment

Formación

• Registered with HK SFC as Type 4 and Type 9 RO or eligible to apply.
• Solid experience in asset management, investment advisory and fund operations.
• Familiar with SFC regulations and AML guidelines in Hong Kong.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or related discipline.
• Strong leadership, sense of responsibility and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Type 4 and Type 9 regulated activities.
• Ensure compliance with Securities and Futures Ordinance and SFC guidelines.
• Provide professional securities advisory and asset management services to Professional Investors; ensure business development aligns with licence conditions.
• Assist in formulating investment strategies, approve portfolios, and ensure compliant operations (non-custodial).
• Serve as primary liaison with SFC and other regulators; manage licences and compliance enquiries.
• Support management in business expansion and risk control.
