Job summary

SNAPGO SERVICE LIMITED is seeking an assistant to support library-related projects in Sheung Wan. The role involves promoting local publications, analyzing collection statistics, and helping develop and promote e-books and reader services.

The position emphasizes collaboration with the local publishing sector, administrative tasks, and managing library resources, with Cantonese, English fluency and Putonghua preferred.

Qualifications

• HKDSE/HKCEE with Chinese & English level 3 or Grade D (CRE Lv1 acceptable).
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Putonghua preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in promotion projects for local publications through collaboration with local publishing sector and collection development tools.
• Assist in analyzing statistics of collections, programmes and projects.
• Assist in development and promotion of e-books for the library.
• Assist in providing library and reader services.
• Assist in library administrative and management work.
• Assist in managing and promoting library resources including book data.
