Job summary

AIA Shared Services is seeking a junior legal support professional to learn practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industry, on a full-time or part-time basis.

In this role you will undertake general legal research, assist in drafting standard and bespoke agreements, and help keep the Group Legal team up to date with regulatory developments while supporting projects as they arise.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate with relevant studies.
• Good English writing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other technology.
• Keen to learn and passionate in legal function.

Responsibilities

• Undertake general legal research support
• Support drafting standard and non-standard legal agreements, including master services agreements, intra-group settlement arrangements and other bespoke agreements
• Provide support to keeping the Group Legal team up to date with legal and regulatory developments
• Support specific projects and initiatives
• Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by legal counsel to meet operational and/or other requirements; understands that the role will evolve over time
