Job summary

The Hong Kong, China Tennis Association Limited seeks a Legal Counsel to deliver ongoing legal and regulatory guidance across core business lines in Hong Kong. You will draft and manage corporate documents, support dispute resolution, and coordinate with outside counsel and advisers to brief senior management on critical issues.

The role requires a HK law degree with honours, 3+ years PQE in legal and financial services, and strong knowledge of securities, futures, and data privacy laws.

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

• Deliver ongoing legal and regulatory guidance across core business lines (securities, futures, VAs, digital wealth, asset management, and insurance).
• Draft, review and manage corporate legal documents.
• Support dispute resolution and litigation cases.
• Engage, brief and coordinate with outside counsel and advisers.
• Brief executive management on critical legal issues as required.
• Oversee legal procedures for accounts of deceased or insolvent clients.
• Assist in regulatory inquiries and government correspondence.

Draft, review, and manage all corporate legal documentation.

Support dispute resolution and litigation cases.

Engage, brief, and coordinate with outside counsel and professional advisers.

Brief executive management on critical legal issues as required.

Oversee legal procedures for accounts belonging to deceased or insolvent clients.

Assist in regulatory inquiries and correspondence with government bodies.

Requirements

A law degree with honors from HK

Over 3 years PQE spanning legal and financial services sectors.

Strong knowledge of Hong Kong securities, futures, and data privacy regulations.

Meticulous attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.

Competent in MS Word and Excel.
