Job summary

天創匯能國際有限公司 is seeking a qualified Legal Specialist in Hong Kong to draft, review, and manage bilingual contracts, assess risks, and provide practical legal guidance.

You will ensure compliance with Hong Kong laws, oversee IP matters, and support corporate governance, data privacy, and regulatory communications. A law degree and HK solicitor status are preferred, with 3+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Law; qualified solicitor in Hong Kong or other common law jurisdictions preferred
• Minimum 3 years of legal experience in Hong Kong; experience in law firms, in-house roles, or IP enforcement preferred
• Familiar with Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, Employment Ordinance, PDPO, and IP-related regulations
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin); bilingual drafting and review proficiency
• Detail-oriented, highly responsible with strong ethics; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and manage bilingual commercial contracts and legal documents, track performance, and mitigate legal risks
• Assist in ensuring business activities comply with relevant Hong Kong laws and regulations, and provide legal compliance advice
• Manage company IP affairs (trademarks, patents, copyrights), establish protection systems, and handle infringement cases
• Provide daily legal advice, assess operational risks, manage external counsel, and assist in dispute resolution
• Plan and organize employee legal compliance training to enhance company-wide risk awareness
• Assist in corporate governance, data privacy compliance (PDPO), and regulatory communication
