Job summary

Henderson Land Development Company Limited seeks a proactive analyst to oversee a portfolio of retail properties, maximizing financial performance. You will monitor leasing, review asset positioning, and prepare management-critical business plans and asset management reports.

Responsibilities include financial model analysis for leasing, budget consolidation, and presenting findings based on financial data, industry data, and research. Fluency in English and Chinese (Putonghua) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant disciplines as stated.
• 1–2 years of CRE analysis/asset management experience.
• Experience with retail properties preferred.
• Proficiency in consolidating accounts and Excel modeling.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of retail properties to maximize financial performance.
• Monitor leasing portfolio and review asset positioning for operational efficiency.
• Prepare periodic business plans and asset management reports for management.
• Conduct financial model analysis for leasing portfolio including budget consolidation.
• Analyze and prepare presentations based on financial data, industry statistics and research.
