Job summary

Leadingnation is expanding its portfolio in Hong Kong and seeks a Leasing Manager to source apartments, negotiate with landlords and agents, and grow the city-wide portfolio.

You will negotiate terms, source units, evaluate profitability, and maintain relationships with landlords. The role offers a hybrid work format with frequent meetings across Hong Kong Island and remote work portions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of residential leasing experience in Hong Kong.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; strong communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong districts and rental market.

• Negotiate lease terms with landlords and real estate agents, including handling objections.
• Source and secure apartments based on company criteria.
• Evaluate units for rental level, location, and profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords and agents.
• Conduct market and area analysis of rental prices, supply and demand.
• Prepare and sign tenancy agreements.
• Coordinate contracts, costs, and payments during and after deal closure.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and visit reports.

Requirements
