Sino Group is seeking a Leasing Assistant/Leasing Officer (Residential Leasing) to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong. You will report to the Leasing Manager and manage lettings, renewals, direct marketing, market research and tenancy administration, ensuring excellent service to tenants.

The role requires a university degree and at least two years in real estate, with strong English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree or above.
• Minimum 2 years of real estate related experience.
• Experience in property management, fitting-out works and renovation works is an advantage.
• Proactive and customer oriented.
• Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Report to the Leasing Manager and handle all leasing activities including new lettings, renewals, direct marketing, market research, budget preparation and tenancy administration.
• Coordinate premises takeover and handover, fitting-out and renovation management and handling enquiries and complaints.
