Job summary

Tung Wah Group of Hospitals is seeking a Leasing Officer in Hong Kong. The role involves managing leasing operations for group properties, liaising with tenants, and preparing leasing agreements. The incumbent will handle renewals, rent collection, and related tenant services within a 5-day work week.

The ideal candidate should have matriculation or F.5 with experience, strong English skills, and proficiency in PC applications. Putonghua is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Matriculation (two Advanced Level subjects in HKAL E) or equivalent; or
• F.5 plus at least 3 years of relevant experience; preferably leasing and customer services experience.
• Good command of spoken English; Putonghua will be an advantage.
• Proficient in PC applications; self-motivation and attention to detail; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Sort out eligible potential tenants and liaise on Leasing Agreements terms.
• Answer enquiries from and resolve complaints for tenants.
• Prepare Leasing Agreements with standardized forms and explain details to tenants.
• Identify tenants for renewal and prepare offers per policies and market data.
• Follow up leasing services, dispatch invoices and keep leasing records up-to-date.
• Collect rents, government rates and license fees for investment properties.
• Provide follow-up services, draft reminders for late payments, and perform account closing on termination.
• Liaise with estate agents for promoting rental properties.
