Responsibilities

• Prepare leasing and licence agreements and related duties
• Handle property and lease administration, takeover and property maintenance & repair work
• Handle tenants' enquiries and complaints
• Attend Management Committee and Owners' meetings and prepare reports
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
