Job summary

ISS Facility Services Limited in Quarry Bay seeks an experienced Training & Development professional to localize curricula for the Hong Kong market. You will plan, design, and deliver training programmes and lead blended learning journeys with AI-supported methods.

Responsibilities include managing the in-house LMS, analyzing training data, and supporting QF accreditation. A diploma or degree in related fields and 3+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, HRM, or Education.
• At least 3 years' experience designing and delivering training programmes.
• Hands-on LMS management and e-learning content development.
• Familiarity with AI-powered learning tools and data analytics preferred.
• Knowledge of HK Qualifications Framework (QF) accreditation is a plus.

What you’ll do

Plan, design, conduct and develop various training programmers to meet organizational goals, values and culture, with a focus on localizing group-level curricula for the Hong Kong market

Design and facilitate blended learning journeys incorporating digital-first content, microlearning, and AI-supported methods such as scenario-based simulations

Facilitate dynamic workshops and seminars (virtual & in-person) for all staff levels across the organization

Learning Management System (LMS)

Manage the in-house LMS platform, including content uploading, user management, update and completion tracking

Leverage LMS analytics to monitor learner engagement, completion rates and training compliance

Champion the LMS as the central hub for continuous learning and development

Training Needs Analysis & Evaluation

Work closely with operations / functions manager to identify training needs and provide appropriate training support

Collect, compile and analyse training feedback using data analysis tools, and prepare training reports

Evaluate training effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement

Qualifications Framework (QF) Support

Coordinate and support internal QF course accreditation, renewal and re-licensing matters, ensuring compliance with the Hong Kong Qualifications Framework requirements

Liaise with relevant internal departments and external awarding bodies for QF applications, audits and reporting

Maintain up-to-date documentation and records for all QF-related courses

Content & Documentation

Maintain and update training materials and employee training records

Assist in documentation and administrative tasks related to training programmers (e.g. course logistics coordination, attendance records)

Ad-hoc Duties

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Bachelor's Degree in Training & Development, Human Resources Management, Education, or related disciplines

At least 3 years' relevant experience in organising, designing and delivering training programmes, preferably in a sizeable corporate services environment

Hands-on experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and developing e-learning content

Familiarity with AI-powered learning tools, data analytics, or digital education technology is highly preferred

Experience or knowledge of the Hong Kong Qualifications Framework (QF) and accreditation processes is an advantage

Personal skills you excel

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing

Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese

People-oriented, proactive, energetic, self-motivated with strong business acumen

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
