Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in building services engineering or related field.
• Professional qualification like HKIE, RPE or RPS preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in commercial property or facilities management, with 3+ years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of building systems to ensure safe and efficient performance.
• Lead a multidisciplinary technical team to deliver high-quality, cost-effective services.
• Drive asset lifecycle planning, major maintenance, and capital improvement projects.
• Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets with cost control and resource optimization.
• Advance sustainability and smart building initiatives aligned to ESG objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Manage consultants, contractors and service providers to maintain high safety and service levels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, tenants and internal teams to achieve business objectives.
• Provide strategic technical advice on asset management and risk mitigation.
