Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer in a production environment.
• Strong back-end skills in C# or Java.
• Experience building modern web applications using React, Angular, or Vue.
• Solid understanding of databases and SQL.
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and influence product direction.

The Opportunity

This role serves as the regional technology lead within Asia, acting as a key bridge between local investment teams and a globally distributed engineering function. Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer in a production environment
• Strong back-end development skills in an object-oriented language (e.g. C# or Java)
• Experience building modern web applications using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
• Solid understanding of databases and data analysis (SQL required)
• Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders and influence product direction
• Familiarity with investment workflows (buy‑side, trading systems, or risk platforms)
• Comfortable working independently within a global, distributed team
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
