Job summary

Millennium Technology Services in Hong Kong seeks a Network Cabling Technician to lead cabling deployments and collaborate with Cisco specialists on projects.

You will deploy greenfield or migration projects, adhere to Cisco best practices, and ensure compliance with security and change-management processes. Strong communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential along with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent with 3–5 years relevant network and operation experience.
• Analytical and experienced in identifying and resolving the customer most complex issues.
• Experience and consultancy skills in managing customer directly.
• In-depth knowledge of planning, designing and implementing CCIE and other Networking professional qualifications.
• Proactive in communications and driving Customer & Cisco success.
• Self-motivated, and able to prioritize and manage tasks under high time pressure situation.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead / deliver Cisco project planning, design and implementation for green field, or migration from existing infrastructures.
• Support: Resolve complex customer problems across a broad range of technologies, working with third parties as needed.
• Consulting: Provide recommendations based on Cisco best practices to ensure smooth operation and lifecycle management.
