Job summary

BAH Partners Limited seeks a hands-on Lead Windows Infrastructure Engineer to manage and enhance enterprise infrastructure for a leading financial services client in Hong Kong. The role focuses on Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, PowerShell automation, and VMware.

The ideal candidate will design, upgrade, migrate and optimise infrastructure, ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness, and lead technical initiatives while maintaining hands-on involvement.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP.
• Hands-on expertise in PowerShell scripting, automation and VMware.
• Experience in infrastructure design, upgrades, migrations and performance optimisation.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, high availability and disaster recovery.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives while remaining hands-on.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
