Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a System Analyst – Full Stack in Hong Kong to own end-to-end development, design and delivery of scalable applications. You will drive architecture decisions, oversee deployment and guide a small team of developers.

You will work hands-on with Node.js and React, collaborating with business users and managers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions while maintaining code quality and performance across environments.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
Strong hands-on experience in Node.js and React.
Solid full-stack development experience across frontend and backend technologies.
Strong understanding of system design, software architecture, RESTful APIs and database design.
Experience with application deployment, CI/CD and production environments.
Previous experience leading or mentoring a small development team.
Proven experience in code review, task allocation and technical solution design.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable remaining hands-on technically while taking ownership of system design and team delivery.

Responsibilities

Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Node.js and React.
Lead the end-to-end system development lifecycle including system design, development, testing, deployment and production support.
Design system architecture, APIs, database structures and integration solutions.
Manage application deployment and release activities, ensuring smooth production delivery.
Lead and mentor a small team of 2–3 developers, including task assignment and delivery management.
Conduct code reviews and ensure development standards, code quality, security and maintainability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across application, integration and deployment environments.
Work closely with business users, project managers and other technology teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Provide technical recommendations and continuously improve performance, scalability and development practices.
