Job summary

Jefferson Frank is seeking an experienced System Analyst in Hong Kong to design and develop scalable applications using Node.js and TypeScript. You will lead architecture, create detailed technical specs, and implement secure APIs while guiding junior developers.

The role requires strong hands-on development skills, API design expertise, and familiarity with AI coding tools, DevOps practices, and AWS cloud services. Collaborative work with stakeholders across APAC is expected.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on programming with Node.js and TypeScript.
Experience in application and system design.
Understanding of API design, security and data flow.
Experience with AI coding tools / AI-assisted development.
Ability to lead, mentor and guide junior developers.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable applications using Node.js and TypeScript.
Lead application design and system architecture for scalable, secure solutions.
Prepare technical specifications and system design documentation.
Design and implement APIs with secure, high-performance integration.
Analyze and manage data flow across applications and systems.
Apply AI coding tools to improve productivity and code quality.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
