Job summary

PERSOL in Hong Kong is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer (React & Node) to join a collaborative team. You will work on customer-facing and back-end services, applying Agile methods to deliver robust software solutions.

The role requires hands-on experience with React and Node.js, plus Java Spring Boot, and a track record of at least 2 years in full-stack development. Commercial client exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Commercial client project experience preferred.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
• Experience leading junior developers and offshore teams.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on full-stack development.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team developing applications and services using Agile development methods.
• Design technical solutions based on business requirements.
• Lead junior team members on system enhancement development and resolve production incidents.
• Build customer-back-end services.
• Identify options for potential solutions and assess them for technical and business fit.
• Troubleshoot and fix defects before they impact customers.
