Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a System Analyst – Full Stack to own end-to-end application development, system design and delivery.

You will design scalable full-stack apps using Node.js and React, lead a small team, review code, ensure quality and manage production deployments.

Qualifications

We are looking for a System Analyst – Full Stack to join the technology team and take ownership of end-to-end application development, system design and technical delivery. The ideal candidate will be strong in Node.js and React , with hands‑on experience in deployment and the ability to lead a small development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Node.js and React .
• Lead the end-to-end system development lifecycle , including system design, development, testing, deployment and production support.
• Design system architecture, APIs, database structures and integration solutions.
• Manage application deployment and release activities , ensuring smooth delivery to production environments.
• Lead and mentor a small team of 2–3 developers , including task assignment, technical guidance and delivery management.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure development standards, code quality, security and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across application, integration and deployment environments.
• Work closely with business users, project managers and other technology teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide technical recommendations and continuously improve application performance, scalability and development practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline .
• Strong hands‑on experience in Node.js and React .
• Solid full-stack development experience across both frontend and backend technologies.
• Strong understanding of system design, software architecture, RESTful APIs and database design .
• Experience with application deployment, CI/CD and production environments .
