Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a System Analyst – Full Stack in Hong Kong to own end-to-end development, design and delivery of scalable applications. You will drive architecture decisions, oversee deployment and guide a small team of developers.

You will work hands-on with Node.js and React, collaborating with business users and managers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions while maintaining code quality and performance across environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience in Node.js and React.
• Solid full-stack development experience across frontend and backend technologies.
• Strong understanding of system design, software architecture, RESTful APIs and database design.
• Experience with application deployment, CI/CD and production environments.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a small development team.
• Proven experience in code review, task allocation and technical solution design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable remaining hands-on technically while taking ownership of system design and team delivery.
