Job summary

IPROSPECT Hong Kong is seeking a Digital Performance Manager with a strong track record in media planning and digital campaigns. You will lead day-to-day client relationships, oversee campaign development and execution, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work for key clients.

You will develop insights, manage reporting, and mentor junior staff, while coordinating with media vendors and internal teams to optimize performance across SEM, Display, Social, and Analytics channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in media planning within an agency environment.
• Experience in digital performance/integrated marketing programs.
• Full-cycle planning from consumer insights to data analytics is a plus.
• Strong relationships with media vendors.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Fluent, persuasive English; Cantonese helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client relationships and campaign development/execution.
• Set and manage client/internal team expectations to ensure timely delivery of quality work.
• Lead development of regular results analyses, reporting, and presentations.
• Help in preparation for and attend business pitches as required.
• Mentor and develop the Digital Executive/Specialist through feedback.
• Delegate tasks to balance workload and optimize resources.
