Job summary

Iprospect in Hong Kong is seeking a capable Jr. Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team. The role focuses on building knowledge across SEM, SEO, Display, Social Media and Affiliates while optimizing campaigns for ROI.

The candidate should be a fresh graduate or degree holder with strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and be comfortable with data, numbers and MS Office tools. Immediate availability is preferred, highlighting a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above in any discipline; Marketing/Media is a plus, Fresh Graduates welcome.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Detail oriented, organized, numbers-minded.
• Team player with good communication and self-motivation.
• Able to work under pressure with tight turnaround times.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, PowerPoint and internet operations.

• Develop a solid knowledge across SEM, SEO, Display, Social Media and Affiliates by attending training, obtaining relevant qualifications and keeping up to date with industry news and developments.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize performance and ROI.
• Analyze digital marketing data, including website analytics, campaign metrics, and customer behavior, to extract valuable insights and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify opportunities for strategic campaign optimization.
• Strategically assess campaign progress and make data-driven optimizations to ensure optimal results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure consistent tracking and reporting of digital performance across channels.

Requirements

• Associate degree or above in any discipline, major in Marketing or Media would be an advantage, Fresh Graduates are welcome.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese & Mandarin, both written and spoken language skills.
• Detail oriented, organized and sensitive to numbers.
• A good team player with good communication skills and self-motivated.
