Job summary

Dentsu's Iprospect team in Hong Kong is seeking a Digital Performance Manager or Senior Digital Executive to lead client campaigns across SEM, Display, Social and Analytics. You will manage day-to-day client relationships, set expectations, and drive end-to-end campaign development and reporting.

The role requires 3+ years in agency media planning, strong MS Office skills, fluent English and Cantonese, and the ability to work with media vendors to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in media planning in an agency environment.
• Experience in digital performance/integrated marketing programs.
• Experience in full-cycle planning from consumer insights to data analytics is a plus.
• Good relationship with media vendors.
• Proficiency in the full suite of Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluent, persuasive, and concise English presentation and writing skills.
• Cantonese and good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Be at the forefront of Digital knowledge across SEM, Display, Social, Analytics.
• Lead day-to-day client relationship, campaign development and execution.
• Set and manage expectations with clients and internal teams for timely delivery.
• Lead development of regular results, analysis, reporting, recommendations and presentations.
• Help in preparation for and attend business pitches as required.
• Develop the skills and knowledge of team through mentoring and feedback.
• Delegate tasks to ensure a balanced workload.
