Qualifications

• 5+ years in SOC operations, preferably in financial services or crypto exchanges.
• CISSP, GCIH, GCFA, GNFA, CEH, or equivalent security certs required.
• Advanced proficiency with SIEM platforms (Splunk, Sumo Logic, QRadar, Sentinel).
• Experience with threat intel platforms (MISP, ThreatConnect, Anomali) and MITRE ATT&CK.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOC operations for crypto exchange infrastructure, trading platforms, and wallets.
• Oversee real-time analysis of security events, alerts, and anomalies across networks and apps.
• Coordinate incident response for breaches, fraud attempts, and suspicious activity.
• Manage and optimize SIEM, SOAR, and automated response systems.
