Coins.ph is seeking a Senior SOC Engineer to lead security operations for its cryptocurrency exchange infrastructure, trading platforms, and wallet systems. You will drive real-time monitoring, incident response, and threat assessment to protect digital assets and customer funds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in SOC operations, preferably in financial services or cryptocurrency exchanges.
• CISSP, GCIH, GCFA, GNFA, GCTI, CEH, or equivalent security certifications required.
• Proficient with SIEM platforms (Sumo Logic, Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel).
• Experience with threat intelligence platforms (MISP, ThreatConnect, Anomali) and MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Programming/scripting in Python or PowerShell for automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Security Operations Center management and monitoring.
• Oversee real-time analysis across blockchain, trading engines, and apps.
• Coordinate incident response for breaches, fraud, and suspicious activity.
• Manage SIEM platforms and security orchestration tools.
• Develop playbooks for cryptocurrency exchange operations.
• Conduct threat intelligence analyses and insider threat detection.
• Collaborate with external intelligence providers and law enforcement during major incidents.
