Job summary

Tokalent is seeking an experienced Security Operation Centre Manager for a crypto exchange in Hong Kong to lead security operations, risk analysis, and incident response for critical events. You will conduct simulations, vulnerability management, and code audits while ensuring security standards align with regulatory and industry best practices.

Proficiency in English and Chinese is required, with prior SOC/Blue/Red team background preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years of experience in network security management.
• Experience in banks, brokerage, asset management or enterprise; preference for digital asset exchanges.
• Proficiency in network security operations, including scripting, offensive/defensive security tools, and SIEM.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).

Responsibilities

• Perform security and risk analysis, providing, responding to incident reports for key security events to management.
• Conduct network attack simulations and internal network security assessments to test the exchange's security controls.
• Manage vulnerability management operations, including regular scanning and categorization of system, network, and application vulnerabilities.
• Review and maintain network security standards and procedures that comply with the digital asset exchange's security policies.
• Performing security assessments and code audits
• Researching new attack vectors and developing threat models
