Job summary

Tokalent is seeking an experienced Security Operation Centre Manager for a crypto exchange in Hong Kong to lead security operations, risk analysis, and incident response for critical events. You will conduct simulations, vulnerability management, and code audits while ensuring security standards align with regulatory and industry best practices.

Proficiency in English and Chinese is required, with prior SOC/Blue/Red team background preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years of experience in network security management.
• Experience in banks, brokerage, asset management or enterprise; preference for digital asset exchanges.
• Proficiency in network security operations, including scripting, offensive/defensive security tools, and SIEM.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in network security management,
• Having worked in banks, brokerage or asset management or enterprise. Preference for a background in digital asset exchanges or related fields.
• Proficiency in network security operations, including but not limited to scripting, offensive and defensive security tools, and SIEM systems.
• Understanding of the corporate IT environment and the unique challenges of cryptocurrency exchanges.
• Ideally worked in SOC/Blue/Red team
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
