Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Concierge to join our Concierge team. Based in Hong Kong, you will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure guest inquiries are handled professionally under the Chief Concierge.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Concierge Operations with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Strong guest-resolution and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Chief Concierge to ensure smooth operations of the Concierge Department.
• Monitor colleagues’ performance in line with hotel policies and procedures.
• Aim for maximum guest satisfaction and uphold hotel quality standards.
• Handle guest feedback or complaints and provide timely resolutions.
• Coordinate transportation and luggage arrangements for guests.
• Keep Concierge Desk information up to date and accurate.
