Job summary

Michael Page on behalf of a well-established Hong Kong developer seeks a Land Acquisition Director to drive strategic land opportunities across APAC and Europe. You will lead negotiations, run feasibility studies, and manage planning approvals to deliver high-value developments.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in land acquisition or property development, with strong financial modelling, DCF analysis and risk assessment skills, and professional qualifications such as MRICS, MHKIS, or CFA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in land acquisition, property development, or investment in Hong Kong, with at least 8-10 years in a senior management capacity.
• Professional qualifications such as MRICS and MHKIS (General Practice) and CFA are highly preferred.
• Proven track record in leading high-value land acquisitions and complex development projects in Hong Kong.
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, DCF analysis, and risk assessment for large-scale property developments.
