Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a Land Acquisition Director in Hong Kong to lead land strategy and negotiations for major property developments. The role requires a long track record in land acquisitions and senior management within HK's real estate sector.

The ideal candidate will oversee feasibility assessments, planning approvals, and cross-functional collaboration with consultants, driving value while managing budgets and timelines for complex acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in land acquisition, property development, or investment in Hong Kong, with at least 8-10 years in a senior management capacity.
• MRICS and MHKIS (General Practice) and CFA highly preferred.
• Proven track record in leading high-value land acquisitions and complex development projects in Hong Kong.
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, DCF analysis, and risk assessment for large-scale property developments.
