Job summary

Bio-Gene Technology Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Engineer to provide in-house and on-site field services for laboratory/clinical equipment, covering installation, commissioning, repair and ongoing maintenance.

The role requires a Bachelor in Engineering, 2 years field service experience, and strong English/Chinese communication. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, flexible hours, and training opportunities; local/overseas training available.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in engineering required.
2 years of field service experience required.
Experience in laboratory or clinical market is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills with customer service focus.
Positive attitude, proactive, good team player, responsible, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Provide in-house and on-site field services for system and equipment installation, commissioning, repair and subsequent maintenance support for laboratory / clinical equipment.
Provide preventive maintenance and aftersales engineer service.
Support ad hoc project assigned by the Company.
