Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited partners with a leading Chinese securities firm to hire a KYC/AML Compliance On-Boarding Specialist. The role focuses on robust client onboarding, regulatory alignment, and effective documentation control.

You will lead end-to-end onboarding, collaborate across teams to streamline workflows, train staff on updates, monitor metrics, and prepare for regulatory audits, aiming to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and compliance practices within banking/financial services.
• Proven experience with client on-boarding and documentation requirements.
• Bachelor degree holder.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder liaison skills.
• Experience with compliance tools and systems.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for Associate level.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client on-boarding process in accordance with KYC and AML standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with requirements and internal policies for banking and financial services operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline on-boarding workflows and address compliance challenges.
• Supervise the preparation and review of client documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on KYC/AML processes and updates.
• Monitoring and reporting on on-boarding metrics and regulatory compliance performance.
• Serving as the key point of contact for regulatory audits and compliance-related inquiries.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
