CTBC Bank, Hong Kong Branch is seeking a dedicated professional to support KYC, account opening, and FATCA/CRS compliance. You will perform AML name screening, maintain customer information systems, and assist in daily base reviews while coordinating with internal departments.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant banking experience, a diploma or higher in business or finance, and strong English and Mandarin skills.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in KYC or account opening in commercial banking.
• Diploma or higher in business or finance related disciplines.
• Good knowledge of AML issues.
• Able to handle multiple tasks independently under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.

Responsabilidades

• Perform clerical duties in account opening, periodic account review and FATCA & CRS.
• Perform daily AML name screening and negative news checking.
• Perform customer information system maintenance and documentation filing.
• Conduct daily report checking on customer bases.
• Communicate and work with internal departments.
• Participate in projects or perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
